The American Swiss Foundation ("ASF") provides this website (americanswiss.org) and any other sub-domains or affiliated websites of americanswiss.org (collectively, the "ASF website") in support of its charitable and educational mission to connect and engage Swiss and American leaders. By accessing the ASF website, you represent and warrant that you are legally entitled to do so, and accept without limitation or qualification these terms and conditions as they may be updated from time to time (the "Terms and Conditions"). ASF may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a revised version of the Terms and Conditions on the ASF website, which revisions shall be binding. You should refer back to the Terms and Conditions from time to time to review any revisions that may have been made. If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, please refrain from accessing the ASF website or from any further use.
Use of the ASF website and Member Login
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully competent, to use the ASF website and Member Login and to enter into and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Member Login and Termination
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your Member Login. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Member Login, and you must keep your account password secure. You agree to notify us immediately at info@americanswiss.org of any unauthorized use of your Member Login or other breach of security. You may not use another's Member Login without permission. ASF may terminate your Member Login if you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions or fail to comply with requests concerning your Member Login. Member Logins may not be shared, transferred, or sold to other parties, nor are they to be used by or made available to any person or entity except the registered user.
The rights granted to you hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions, unless ASF otherwise specifically agrees in writing, but the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will survive any such termination. ASF RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO CEASE PROVIDING THE ASF WEBSITE OR MEMBER LOGIN, TO CHANGE OR DISCONTINUE ANY ASPECT OR ELEMENT OF THE ASF WEBSITE OR MEMBER LOGIN, OR TO CEASE MAKING THE ASF WEBSITE OR MEMBER LOGIN AVAILABLE.

Severance, Waiver, Venue and Choice of Law
You acknowledge and agree that, in the event any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. In such event, you agree that such invalid term(s) or condition(s) shall be validly reformed by the court to as near approximate the intent reflected in the provision, and if unreformable, shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions.
No failure or delay by ASF to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless expressly waived in writing by ASF.
These Terms and Conditions and any counterparts, amendments, or revisions thereto shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. Any case, controversy, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, in connection with, or related to these Terms and Conditions, or your use of the ASF website or any of the content hereon, shall be brought in any Federal or State court located in New York County and the State of New York, and, to the extent permitted by law, the parties hereby waive any objection that they may have to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
