In 2018, the Young Leaders Conference, sponsored by Artemis Group (Franke) and Swiss International Air Lines, was held in Lucerne. This was the second conference based on Lake Lucerne, with the first being the class of 2003.

The class of 2018 included Alison Williams, chief of staff for Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson; Roman Studer, head of Swiss governmental affairs for UBS and secretary of ASF’s Swiss Advisory Council; Judge Mary Wagner, appointed as Circuit Court Judge for the 30th Judicial District by Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam; Adam Hitchcock, co-founder and managing partner at Sovereign Infrastructure Group; Dr. Marco Hutter, assistant professor for robotic systems at ETH Zürich; Dianne McKeever, chief investment officer at Ides Capital; Guy Benson, contributor to Fox News, political editor at Townhall.com, and talk radio host; Maxeme Tuchman, CEO and co-founder of Caribu, an interactive video-calling platform; Henry Bodmer, managing partner at Abegg & Co; Markus Fischer, head of corporate and business development at Betterment; Tobias Häckermann, co-founder and CEO at SHERPANY; Dan Rasmussen, partner at Verdad Advisors; and Matthew Crommett, director at LH Capital, Inc.
