In 2011, the Young Leaders Conference, sponsored by Nestlé and Swiss International Air Lines, was held in Montreux, known for its world-famous Jazz Festival every July.
The class of 2011 includes four members of the American Swiss Foundation’s two alumni organizations: Robert Agresta, principal of Agresta Acquisitions, a private investment company, serves as secretary of the Young Leaders Alumni Council. He serves alongside board member John Tuttle, vice chairman and COO at the New York Stock Exchange. Bettina Schaller, director of group public affairs for The Adecco Group, serves as president of the Young Leaders Alumni Foundation in Switzerland alongside fellow board member Alexis Lombard, member of the management board of Banque Landolt & Cie. The two independent alumni organizations support the American Swiss Foundation in its outreach to past participants of the Young Leaders Conference, now numbering over 1,300 individuals.
