Alex X. Mooney Elected Chairman of Maryland Republican Party

Alex X. Mooney (YL '06), Executive Director of the National Journalism Center, was elected as Chairman of the Maryland Republican Party last December.

Mooney was elected to lead the Maryland GOP for a four year term by 265 State Central Committee members. In the role of Chairman, he will be chief fundraiser for the Maryland Republican Party.
