Two Young Leaders on the Ballot in New York City Election

Gale Brewer (YL 1994) and John Liu (YL 2006) were contenders in the September 10 New York City Democratic Primary

New York City Council Member Gale Brewer (Young Leader 1994) has won the Manhattan Borough President Democratic Primary.

Also on the ballot in the September 10 election was former New York City Comptroller, John Liu (Young Leader 2006) who was a candidate in the Democratic Primary for Mayor of New York City.
