Class of 1996


Our seventh Young Leaders Conference, sponsored by the Geneva Private Bankers Association, Rolex, and Swissair, was held at the picturesque Hotel Beau Rivage on the shores of Lake Geneva. In 2008, the conference would be hosted again in Geneva.

The class of 1996 included chairman of the American Swiss Foundation, Robert J. Giuffra, a litigation partner of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP; Craig A. Huff, president and co-chief executive officer at Reservoir Capital GroupRandall Lane, chief content officer for Forbes; Dominique Astrid Lévy, Swiss art dealer and co-founder and partner of Lévy Gorvy; The Honorable Patrick McCrory, former Governor of North Carolina (2014-2017); Deroy Murdock, an American political commentator and a contributing editor with National Review Online; Joel H. Rosenthal, president of Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs; René Schwok, Director of the Global Studies Institute, University of Geneva; and Alexandre Zeller, the new managing partner at Lombard Odier Group.
